Overview

Sip & Swipe ("the App") is a party drinking game developed by NordicNode for entertainment purposes. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Player names you enter during gameplay
• Game preferences (theme, language, sound settings)
• Game progress (XP, level, achievements, coins, daily rewards)
• Custom deck content you create
• Purchase entitlements

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described below:

Google Play Games Services

If you sign in with Google Play Games, the following data is shared with Google:

• Your Play Games player profile (player ID, display name)
• Achievement unlock status
• Leaderboard scores (total games played, player level)

Sign-in is automatic if you have a Play Games account but is not required to use the App. Data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Google AdMob (Advertising)

AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve ads. In the EU/EEA, we request your consent before serving personalized ads (GDPR compliance via Google UMP). You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

We use Firebase to collect anonymized usage analytics (e.g., which screens are visited, game completion rates) and crash reports. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. See Firebase Privacy Information.

Sentry (Error Tracking)

Sentry collects crash and error reports to help us improve app stability. This data does not include personally identifiable information. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

RevenueCat processes in-app purchase entitlements. It receives anonymized transaction data from Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Google Play (Purchases)

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photos
• We do not create user accounts or require registration
• We do not sell any data to third parties

Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we schedule local notifications (daily rewards, streak reminders). These are processed entirely on your device — no data is sent to our servers.

Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. An age verification prompt is displayed on first launch.

Your Rights

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, you can:

• Delete all data by uninstalling the app
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device privacy settings
• Revoke notification permissions via your device settings
• Sign out of Play Games via the Google Play Games app

For EU/EEA users: You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data under GDPR. Since we don't store your data on servers, uninstalling the app effectively exercises all these rights.
